We are also members of NCASS
( Nationwide Caterers assocation) which means we adhere to fully documented H&S , risk assessement and fire safety policies.

Our alternative set up to our mainstream bar is our Coffee-box. From fresh ground Coffee, teas & hot chocolate to yummy pastries, traybake, cakes & cream tea boxes or cheese scone option , we can cater for your event.

- We understand that you will have different budgets for your special day. We will make every effort to work with you to find the best option
- All costs must be fully paid within 1 month before your wedding day.
- Deposits are non refundable .

Your Options
Dry Hire
We run the bar ,you provide your own drinks.
- Minimum hire period 4 hours , we will deliver to your location.
- Charge per hour from £100 or full day rental £600 (7hours)
- Any additional hours over 7 hrs will be charged at £95 per hour.
Rental Includes 2 bar staff , delivery & pick up ( 40mile radius. Thereafter a mileage cost applies £1 per mile)
A security deposit will be requested in advance to cover any damages .
Pay as you drink
Regardless of your occassion, guests can purchase drinks , paying by cash or card .
- Minimum rental period 4 hours, cost per hour from £100.
- If guests spend £800 or more , the rental charge will be discounted.
This option includes 2 bar staff , the hire of the mobile bar & recyclable glasses.
Themed parties can be catered for an additional charge.
Part funded bar
Whether a wedding , landmark birthday, anniverary or you just want a party , you decide and pre- pay as much or as little as you wish.
- Minimum rental period 4 hours , cost per hour from £100.
- If you set your prepaid bar minimum at £800, the hourly rental cost will be discounted.
- We will provide an update as often as you wish to how much has been spent and you can decide to extend the pre paid amount or move to a paid bar for your guests.
This option includes a minimum of 2 bar staff , the hire of the mobile bar & recyclable glasses.
Themed parties can be catered for an additional charge.
Fully funded bar
Whether a wedding , landmark birthday, anniverary or you just want to party ,why not fully fund all drinks ordered by your guests .
- Minimum rental period 4 hours , minimum spend applies , with no rental cost per hour.
- Ask about our standard & premium drinks packages.
- This option includes a minimum of 2 bar staff , the hire of the mobile bar & recyclable glasses.
- This fully funded option must be paid in full the same evening.
Any initial deposit paid can be offset against this option, with remaining paid as outlined above.
Themed parties can be catered for an additional charge.
Booking conditions
- A minium deposit of £250 will be required to secure a booking.
- Deposits will be non refundable if your booking is cancelled within 6 months of your event.
- A security deposit will be required of £500 for our dry hire option.
- Any damages will be charged for , full quotations will be provided and cost taken from holding security deposit.
Other information
- The Final Furlong fizzbox mobile bar are fully licensed.
- We are members of the Nationwide Catering Association (NCASS)
- We have a 5 star hygiene rating.
- As required we can organise any Temporary events notice (TEN)
- Main power is required for events.
- If no mains power, no problem , for an additional charge of £75 a day , a petrol generator will be provided.
